Activation furnace manufacturer — we draw it, build it, and commission it ourselves
Design, fabrication and complete-line supply of rotary activation furnaces, carbonization kilns and refractory linings in Henan, China. Most orders arrive by referral or as rebuilds of lines already in service.

What we build
- Rotary activation furnaces, 0.5–3 t/h, steam activation.
- Carbonization kilns for shell, wood and coal feedstocks.
- Slep (multiple-hearth) furnaces for specialty carbon.
- Refractory castable recipes, anchors and complete lining installation.
- Waste-heat boilers, discharge coolers and off-gas treatment, supplied as part of the same package.
- Retrofit packages for existing kilns: lining, steam distribution, burner, controls.
How the work is done
Engineering answers before prices
The first reply is a mass balance and a configuration, not a number. If the line cannot be sized from the information given, the reply says what is missing.
One project engineer owns the order
From quotation to handover you deal with the same project engineer, who also attends the commissioning. Nothing is handed to a separate service department after the invoice.
Documentation you can audit
Material certificates, welding records, lining cure log, thermocouple calibration sheets and a signed performance sheet at handover. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged at buyer's cost.
A two-year spares list, not a promise
Every model ships with a list of thermocouples, burner nozzles, drive seals and wear parts, so a stop does not become a three-month wait for a part.
Where these designs run
Lines built to these drawings run in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Türkiye, Nigeria, Ghana and China, with smaller numbers in Latin America. Feedstocks are coconut shell, palm kernel shell, hazelnut shell, walnut shell, peach pit and coal.
The quotation is usually not the cheapest in a tender. Buyers who compare on price alone will always find someone who will meet it; buyers who compare lining life, steam consumption and commissioning support tend to end up on site with our engineers.
Questions buyers ask before ordering
Straight answers with numbers. If yours is missing, send it over.
Where is the workshop?
Who handles installation?
What warranty is given?
Can we visit a running line before ordering?
Send the raw material, target tonnage and finished spec. You get a configuration, a utility schedule and a budget range — not a brochure.
